We will do the work of securing your name.
This agreement is between WebWorld Creators and the Customer (as noted above) to provide World Wide Web ("Web") creative services for Web page development, publishing and hosting on WebWorld’s virtual server. WebWorld does not provide Internet access nor a browser to the customer, except under separate agreement. We accept cash or checks for payment. All services will be billed quarterly in advance with bills emailed in the first week of the new month. Bills for partial months will be prorated. Payment will be due upon receipt. If payment is not received by the last day of the month billed, as stated on invoice, your web site could be removed from the Internet. WebWorld reserves the right to change pricing upon 30 days notice.
Unless otherwise noted and agreed upon, in writing by WebWorld, Customer shall use this account to represent only one organization or company. Customer may not include material for, or sublease space for any other individual, business, or organization. WebWorld will provide the medium and system administration necessary to provide full World Wide Web presence on the Internet. WebWorld will provide a unique name for use by Customer to promote Customer’s page on literature and other Web servers. Your web pages will be available on the Internet 24/7. Customer understands and agrees that WebWorld will make every effort to keep our server running continuously-99% up time. However, our server could experience minimal downtime from time to time and could be taken off line for routine maintenance and upgrades.
By signing this agreement, Customer releases WebWorld from any liability that may arise from any business interruption to the Customer’s business resulting from using our services. WebWorld is in no way responsible for the performance of any information posted to our network. In addition, Customer assumes full responsibility for all content posted to Customer’s web page, including any trademark, copyright, patent or other intellectual property submitted to WebWorld for creative services. WebWorld reserves the right to remove any material which, in its sole opinion, may result in the violation of intellectual property rights of others or any other applicable Federal, State, Common, International laws or regulations. In the event that this contract is canceled by WebWorld, the Customer will have a pro-rated refund of any unused portion of the posting period. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
Customer acknowledges that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Customer's continued use of WebWorld constitutes customer acceptance of terms and any and all modified terms.
